Umani Ronchi Vigor Sangiovese Merlot Marche IGT 2020
Dr, Gino Umani Ronchi gründete 1958 das gleichnamige Weinbauunternehmen mit dem Ziel, die terroirtypischen Trauben aus den eigenen Weinbergen zu verarbeiten. Vom Bauernhof zur Kellerei avancierte das Unternehmen aber erst etwa 10 Jahre später, als die Familie Bianchi-Bernetti einen Teil des Gutes erwarb und vererbte Weingärten in erstklassigen Produktionsgebieten mit einbrachte.
Massimo Bernetti übernahm das Management, tätigte zahlreiche Investitionen und ließ in den Folgejahren die Kellereien Castelbellino und Osimo bauen: Castelbellino für die Vinifizierung des Verdicchio und Osimo für den Rosso Conero sowie für die Abfüllung und Lagerung aller Weine. Parallel dazu unterstützten renommierte Önologen die Kellerei bei der Weinbereitung und verhalfen den Rebsorten der Marken zu mehr Geltung und internationalem Ansehen. Auch konnte Massimo immer auf die Forschungsergebnisse der Universität Ancona zurückgreifen, die die Experimentierfreude des Unternehmens unterstützt.
Zu Beginn des neuen Jahrtausends übernahm Michele Bernetti die Leitung und erweiterte die Kellerei durch den Kauf des Weinguts Colline Teramane in der Nachbarregion Abruzzen. So gesellt sich zu den Vorzeigeweinen Verdicchio und Rosso Conero noch der Montepulciano d´Abruzzo und topt so das Weinportfolio. Michele zählt zusammen mit seinem Vater zu den Visionären der Weinszene der Region; kann auf ein erstklassiges Team zurückgreifen und so die autochthonen Rebsorten in den eigenen Weingärten weiterentwickeln und Weine von größter Authentizität kreieren.

In December please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Wednesday 15th December at midday for non-rural deliveries, Tuesday 14th December at midday for rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.

Trocken, fruchtig, harmonisch und vollmundig. Etwas Sauerkirsche, rote Johannisbeeren sowie ein Hauch Zedernholz im Geruch, am Gaumen bezaubert dieser Rotwein mit perfekt
eingebundenen Tanninen und herrlich würzigen Noten, die das Beste aus diesen beiden Rebsorten Sangiovese und Merlot zusammenbringen. Passt hervorragend zu rotem Fleisch, Wildgerichten und mittelreifen Käsesorten.
Das Weingut wurde in den 50er Jahren von Gino Umani Ronchi gegründet. Heute verfügt das Gut über 100ha Weinberge in der Produktionszone für Verdicchio die Castelli di Jesi Classico und über 30ha im Gebiet Rosso Conero. Der Erfolg dieses Weinguts liegt in der Forschung “vom Weinberg zu den Trauben”. So konnte man die Rebzüchtungsmethoden verbessern, die Traubenselektionen der einzelnen Weinberge und Fluren verfeinern. Dabei hat man sich den besten Beratern bedient. Der Erfolg hat sich in der weltweiten Akzeptanz der Weine und ihrer international hohen Bewertung bewiesen.
